I am a junior at Cousino High School I started as a member of this robotics team 5 years ago. I am the lead logistics mentor. The main reason I stayed was that seeing the joy on the kid's faces when they go to the competition and see all of their work pay off is amazing. My job is to show these wonderful kids the art of writing the engineering process and working together. As of this year, I am helping my other logistics mentor learn the ropes in hope that one year soon he can be in the same spot I am in.

I'm in 8th grade, the reason I joined logistics is because I wanted to help with things that aren't building. I joined this robotics team because I had too much free time. Another reason is that I love working with new things.

I'm in 6th grade, I have always wanted to be in a club.This club just sounded the best out of all of them.So I picked this one, but in the past, I have heard of the Carter robotics team. So that is why I joined the robotics club. Also because my friend joined it. I joined because it sounded the best out of them. So I picked this one.

I'm in 6th grade. I joined logistics because I want to be a businessman. I was thinking about building robots but then I realized that I would be so stressed it would not be fun. Then I tried logistics and it was really fun so I stayed. Also my cool older sister is doing logistics and I wanted to be with her.

I'm in 8th grade, I like designing clothes and similar things. I was extremely curious when I found out that there was a robotics club. I found out about the team from a flier in the school hallway. I love creating. I also love designing. Once I found out that my favorite teacher was a mentor, I KNEW I had to join! I was so excited once I registered!

I'm in 7th grade, I joined because I was bored and had nothing to do, so why not join? I found out 2 of my teachers were a part of it, so that’s cool. My brother also joined, and uhh we live in harmony. I like things like platoons and animals. I joined logistics because I don't like building stuff or coding; advertising is a yes. I really like to learn new things so it was really cool for me.

I am in 6th grade . The sub-team I chose was programming I joined this sub-team because the programming team interested me, I thought it was very cool so I joined. I joined the Robotics team because of my dad and test in programming. He does programming which I found cool so when there was programming in robotics, I had to to join.

I did this last year and I like programming as a whole. Some of my friends are in the programming sub-team. I like programming more than logistics and build.

I liked the competitions last year and it was fun; as well as the meetings. I liked having something to do on Tuesday and Thursday nights. I also liked that my friends were in it. It gave me a reason to be out of the house. I can also do something productive.

I joined robotics because my friend Aiden was in robotics and always talked about how much he liked it. I thought if he liked it that much it could not be that bad. I joined the subteam build because I thought it would be fun to learn about building things.

Anthony H Build Mentor

I am a junior at Cousino High School and was first in the middle school robotics when I was in my seventh-grade year. I am the lead mentor of the build group and head driving coach. My job as a lead mentor is to teach the students the value of construction and the safety of power tools. The reason why I came back to mentor the build team is that I was originally part of the kids in the build group back in seventh and eighth grade and I decided to come back and mentor the build team in my ninth, tenth, and eleventh grades.

I don't like to type and I don't like programming so my last choice was build and love to build so I was like that's perfect fit. It started in 3rd grade through 5th grade and my friend Antony and Ryan were in robotics too it seem very cool so I join robotics so when it came time I joined robotics and i knew it was the first time competition i wasn't happy with it.

Im in 6th grade. We get to make the robot and scream at each other. I’m just writing short sentences. I like building robots. We get to use sharp tools/resources but we do have to be careful. But I do have fun and we do have to work together so we have to be friendly but if one of us makes a mistake we yell at them.
